This week Mr Postie arrived with 2 parcels that I could not wait to receive!
One being
Selina Lake's Homespun Style book and the other being my gorgeous Betty Purse by
Elsie Sparrow!
The lovely book arrived on Wednesday and I unwrapped it as fast as I could! The ideas in it are amazing and I love all the beautiful photographs! I will definitely be taking inspiration from it!
Having been on Selina's blog I saw she was holding a book launch and homespun market on the 13th! I can't wait to go along and have a look; I'm sure it will be fab!
When I came home from school today I saw a beautiful brown paper package with red and white twine on the side of the kitchen and I knew it would be my purse that looks like
Mrs Scoops' girlie Betty! It certainly cheered me up after my French speaking exam! It is just exquisite! I love all the fabrics, colours, buttons, bunting, lining, just EVERYTHING about it! Its fab, almost too pretty to use!
I am hoping to meet Lindsay aka Elsie Sparrow at Selina's book launch and market too, so it will be just brilliant!
